A graduate of EM Lyon, Thierry worked in sales and management with L’OREAL before directing a communication and new technology consultancy. A consultant in Human Resources and Recruitment since 1994, he is involved in the search for high-level Directors and Top Executives as well as in the detection and assessment of internal potential, in Mass Market, Wines and Spirits, Household Products, Industry, Health, Services and Related Trade (franchise networks). In particular he assists large Groups, Intermediate family companies and French subsidiaries of international companies in their search for multi-cultural managers. He is also the co-founder of the URVIKA group.
He holds a DESS in Human Resource Management. After starting his career in the service sector, in sales and management, for 9 years he was in charge of the Recruitment Department for one of the biggest public transport firms. He has been a Consultant in Recruitment and Human Resources since 2002, and more specifically works on the selection of Directors and Managers for large Groups and SMEs in the Industry, Construction, Property and Services sectors. He also conducts external and internal assessments of potential, skills assessments and individual counselling. He is also the co-founder of the URVIKA group.
With a double background in Law & Business School, Stéphane began his career in strategy consulting before moving to a software editor. 25 years ago, he joined an international key player in recruitment to develop the IT practice. Stéphane will then, during his career, successfully manage the French subsidiary of several international headhunting firms, and develop a portfolio of clients made up of large groups and key players in the industry, energy & utilities, services, sports and entertainment. He also advises a few family businesses with long-standing ties. Stéphane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international search, with a bespoke approach, dedicated to each client, a willingness to advise without compromise and a great sense of listening.
A graduate of the Faculty of Cambridge and perfectly bilingual, Stéphane plays an active role in leading our international network, CFR Global Executive Search. He is also certified on several assessment and support tools.

Graduated from a DESS in Human Resources management and social policies at the University Panthéon-Sorbonne, Catherine worked for 15 years as HR Manager, She then joined an international Industry key player, as Director of HR development, and also had the opportunity to work for a family mid-sized press and communication group. After several years spent in London, she joined the consulting sector, in outplacement then in Executive Search.
Today a generalist consultant in recruitment and professional transition of Executives and Managers with ALPHEE, she conducts key assignments in many different sectors of activity, such as environment, energy, real estate, higher education, communication and media sectors Catherine also has a strong suit in helping actors of the non-profit sector (associations, foundations, professional organizations, etc.).
Catherine is the co-founder of the Lycée Henri-IV trust fund in favour of diversity and equal opportunities in excellent schools, and certified Coach Predom and Process Communication.
A Graduate of NEOMA Business School, Sylvain began his professional career in one of the Big 4 in audit, before joining, for more than 11 years, an international leader in recruitment: Consultant, Manager, and then Executive Director, he notably launched the Lille office, for which he was in charge for 5 years. He then expressed his entrepreneurial mindset in in export-oriented managerial and business development roles, for companies in the air and surface decontamination sector. Building on this operational and international experience, he thus decided to reposition himself in Executive Search as a Senior Partner at Alphée, for companies (Groups and medium-sized ones) in the Tertiary sector and Industry.
Marie-Isabelle de MAILLE
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR & COACH
Marie-Isabelle has accumulated 25 years of experience as a Recruitment and Human Resources Consultant specialised in support and assessment, on behalf of companies and employees, in the context of Executive Search Recruitment, as well as team assessment. She provides support to individuals via Coaching and Training, with specific objectives. Each of these approaches includes an understanding of the contexts and systems; they are indicative of a deep interest in the individual, the context, the person’s aspirations, talents and potential.
Marie-Isabelle has been Associate Director and certified Coach at Alphée since 2016, and is particularly active in the Industry, Defence, Agri-food and Services sectors. She is also an active member of the Food & Agribusiness practice in our CFR Global Executive Search international network.
After graduating from EDHEC in 1988, Denis left to do his national service as a VIE in Germany and stayed there for more than thirty years. He initially held management positions, mainly in international development functions, within major German groups in industry (Siemens) and financial services (Munich Re). With this field experience under his belt, he joined a Munich-based Executive Search firm in 2006 and later joined the German leader in recruitment and HR services. Based in Munich, Denis then successfully developed his own firm, specialising in the recruitment of executives and managers for the German subsidiaries of French and European companies. Back in France, fluently trilingual and certified in the use of several assessment tools, he now works with ALPHEE to assist the French subsidiaries of German-speaking groups, as well as ETIs and SMEs, in the identification, selection and recruitment of their future talents, executives, managers and experts. Denis focuses particularly on the values of transparency and respect in client-candidate-consultant relations.
SENIOR ADVISORY CONSULTANT
An ENSIACET engineer from INP Toulouse, Etienne began his career in sales at OCF, a world leader in reinforcement fibreglass. Four years later he joined EGOR, a European leader in Management Recruitment, to develop the Industry segment. In 1986, he created Alphée, a management and specialist recruitment consultancy, including an HR consultancy department. For 30 years Alphée had solid and sustained development, through organic and external growth, before joining the URVIKA group in 2016. Today Etienne provides consulting as Senior Advisory Consultant at Alphée.
Following her time at university in an AES (Bachelor’s in Economic and Social Administration) programme majoring in Work Relations, Evelyne did an internship at ALSTOM, in Rennes. She then joined Alphée, a few months after it was created. Alongside its founder, Etienne SIMONNET, she participated in the firm’s administrative management and development, as well as in the recruitment of engineers, executives and directors for SMEs and large companies. Today she is focused on sourcing, executive searches and applicant selection, in France and abroad, in all business sectors and for any position.
Holder of a master degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Wollongong, Elzara has over 10 years of experience in various HR leadership roles with a strong expertise in recruitment and development of high potentials. She gained her experience in the fields of hospitality, energy management, luxury and pharmaceutical working for global organizations with significant multi-cultural sensitivity. Elzara lived and worked in several countries in Europe and the Middle East. She’s fluent in Russian, English and French languages.
Passionate about recruitment Elzara has joined Alphee in February 2020 and is focused on the sourcing and selection related to Executive search in all business sectors.
After obtaining a double Bachelor’s in Law and Political Science, in addition to training in Human Resource Management, she worked in a recruitment firm as Assistant with a variety of duties. She joined ALPHEE in January 2017 and is in charge of administrative management (staff administration, invoicing, liaising with clients and suppliers…).
With a Professional Qualification Certificate from EFFAC (Ecole Française de Formations d’Accueil – the French School of Reception Training), she was in charge of Reception at Russell Reynolds Associates, an international recruitment firm, for 9 months, before joining ALPHEE in Paris in 2017 as Assistant. Her duties include receiving clients and applicants both in person and over the phone. She participates in the administrative organisation of the firm and liaises with suppliers. She has enjoyed developing her fluency in English while travelling in Ireland and London.
